I love to help people live a more authentic and relaxed life because I’m passionate about mental wellbeing myself.

Having incorporated many small, daily habits into my life such as meditation, mindfulness, gratitude practice, journaling and breathing exercises, I have been able to thrive and feel able to cope with whatever was going on around me.

I know how hard it is to make time for personal development and I have been witness to the impact when people I have supported unlock their true potential and live in the moment.

Living a purpose-led life is a core value of mine. I want my clients to develop compassionate curiosity towards their inner experiences so that they can be the true leaders, family members and partners they can be.

My integrative approach is brief and leads to realistic, sustainable changes.
