Using a variety of methods to suit you, I will work with you to address your issue.
Following a thorough assessment to get an accurate diagnosis and establish the root cause, we will plan your bespoke rehab plan, which can include hands-on and self-directed treatment, time in the gym together or home-based exercises, yoga, Pilates, acupuncture and other strategies.
