I have been working with Rachel for about 6 months and she has helped me immensely in many ways. Because of her, I can now see options that I hadn't considered before to help me keep sane during a time of big life changes. She's always present and allows me the space to feel heard. She has an easy, open style and asks great questions that really make me think and dig deep to find ideas that really make a difference in my life.

I'm extremely grateful that I found Rach and will continue to work with her for a long time to come to ensure my life stays on the right track.

I am so impressed with the progress I have made through working with Rachel. Rachel is a true professional, and seemed to know exactly how to guide our conversations and ask the right questions to encourage me to explore my own thinking, reflections, and next step planning. Not only is Rachel easy to talk to and work with, but I felt completely safe and trusted Rachel's guidance throughout, particularly with the activities and tools that we used during the sessions that allowed me to find new perspectives to how I had previously been thinking. I definitely looked forward to each of our sessions, and left each one feeling a little more confident about my feelings, intentions set, and future direction. I'd absolutely recommend working with Rachel, and hope to work with her again in the future if the need arises. More...

After a year of therapy, trying to figure who I was and what I wanted from life and my relationship, struggling to figure out how to overcome my fears and how I moved forward in my life, I felt like I was going round in circles.

I was close to just accepting and settling for how things were. Life/Relationship coaching isn’t something I had every really thought about, or was even aware of, but then I met Rachel!! And all I can say is wow!

As a coach she is genuine and supportive, I felt instantly at ease talking, sharing and opening up to her about the struggles, doubts and fears I was feeling about my future.

In such a short space of time I have been able to make so many decisions that I know are right for ME and taken so many positive actions and steps forward than I had ever expected to and that’s all down to the support,
coaching and guidance from Rachel.

I am now so excited and positive about what that the future holds and so grateful to have found a coach like Rachel.

Rachel is an amazing coach. It is impossible to not feel seen and heard when in a session with her. She is empathic, understanding, but also makes me keep it real. Her mixture of optimism and

Q&As

I love helping people see possibilities and parts of themselves that they didn't yet realise were there, and guiding them as they work through their own inner conflict and struggles, connect with the core of who they are and become self sufficient in driving their life forwards.

I went through my own self discovery as part of the breakdown of my relationship and realised how disconnected I'd become to who I was and what I wanted, not just in my relationship but across my life. By learning to understand and accept myself, I've been able to find a sense of self trust and courage. I want to help other people do the same.

There are lots of coaches out there and we all have different styles.
My recommendations for choosing the right coach for you are...
1) Find someone you can see yourself building trust and rapport with.
2) Choose someone who believes you have everything you need to be successful in what you want to achieve, and sees the coach role as guiding you to your own inner knowledge and helping you see things in ways you couldn't yet yourself. This will mean what you gain through coaching will last long after your sessions have ended.
3) Work with a coach who specialises in what you're looking for. It means they've worked with lots of people in similar situations to you and so will understand how best to support you.
4) Pick someone who is working within the ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation, so you can feel reassured you're in safe hands.
