We have recently returned from a twin centre trip to Reykjavik, Iceland and New York. Great choice of hotels Radisson Blu in Reykjavik and The Roosevelt in NYC. We also enjoyed our excursions Northern Lights tour was just spectacular, as well as Statue of Liberty tour and 9/11 Memorial with One World Observatory was an amazing experience. My partner and I are just back from our holiday of a lifetime to Thailand. It was my partners first ever holiday and Stephen couldn’t have organised it any better and made it the best it could have ever been! Everything ran so smoothly transfers etc, the paperwork that we got before we left was first class had everything written down step by step, was very good. Always someone waiting at the other end, and very stress free. Stephen is very easy to contact as well if any questions are needing answered he’s always there to help. Stephen organised our first family holiday abroad. We had opted to go to Malta as it had been highly recommended by other family members. Stephen had great knowledge of the area, having been himself many times. Told him the dates we wanted to go and be arranged it all for us. Coincidentally Stephen arrived in Malta at the same time as us and even popped over to say hello at the airport while we were waiting for our luggage to arrive. Just returned from a 6 night holiday organised by Queensferry Travel. I booked 6 travellers to Boston and New York (3 nights in each). And Queensferry Travel booked everything for us. As it was to celebrate my 50th birthday I wanted good hotels booked. Stephen could not have booked better hotels (Boston Park Plaza and Novotel Time Square). Everything we wanted was organised without us lifting a finger. Flights were spot on, hotels were well above our exceptions. I cannot thank Queensferry enough for their organisation. Have just returned from another holiday organised by Stephen at Queensferry Travel. What an amazing guy he is. I gave him a budget for a week in the sun and he done the rest. After many years of booking holidays online I can definatley say I have missed out! Having Stephen as our travel agent for a family holiday has taken all the stress out of finding one. On top of that he has booked our seats on the plane sorted all the paper work checked us in and even sent us all the info on things to do with the kids while we are there. From organising everything for us, including all of our transfers & excursions, to making sure we had the correct inoculations to checking in with us on holiday to make sure we were happy. I have known Stephen for a number of years now, but on Sunday I used his considerable talents as a travel agent to book a holiday to Portugal. His knowledge of the business made this a seemless and enjoyable experience by taking all the stress out of it. The fact that he came to my home to do this for me, made me feel really special, and he couldn't do enough to make this really easy for me.
