We had a very complicated move ahead of us with very uncertain move in/out dates and we had to move via 1 week of storage. Queens Removals worked around all these problems and minimised our stress. From the beginning they sounded very confident and competent and in the end they deliver exactly what they promised. We were provided 5 guys for the packing service, and again 2 for unloading (3 big vans fully loaded). They were all very pleasant, helpful, considerate and professional.I do recommend them highly and will certainly use them again in the future. I'm sure most other companies would do a great job as well but if you do have a complicated move and you don't want any issues, I would really recommend using them for their professionalism and loyalty. It's my third removal with Queens and my 9th in general. By far the best service I've used. The guys are really efficient, very fast, taking care of your belongings and they make everything seems doable! I even got them to change the position of the furniture a couple of times to make sure where I like them best and they did it in seconds. They are also very polite and good mannered in contrary with some people that did the job for me previously. As a loyal customer, they approved my request for a discount, which I found very human and was a great help for me considering the expenses of a new house. Recently I have moved house and used Queens removals. They were very helpful, very professional, no damage to any of my furnitures. The great help was, they dismantled the beds etc and assembled them after the move. They have taken care of the carpet and spread protective sheet as it was slightly raining, all my stuff were packed and was protected from marks,dust and dirt.They had a very friendly approach. I used Queens Removals for moving house as well as for six months storage of my furniture. Charles and his team were highly efficient in packing my belongings and taking great care of everything. Excellent service. - 3 bed house move with garden furniture etc! , required 2 trips with so much stuff! Charles is a super fit muscle man with his assistant who is just as capable and efficient. Arrived on time and completed the job, effortlessly and quickly. My husband & I were very impressed, especially as we were slightly dis-organised and not completely packed!
