A massive thank you to the team at The Queens for making my wife's birthday weekend so special. in particular Jack on reception spent plenty of time to explain the new systems in place since the change from M gallery. and made us feel welcome. The room upgrade was unexpected and the complimentary wine and chocolates really made her feel special. The Queens has long been our choice for spending a weekend away. Stayed in a king room which was beautiful.
The staff were wonderful & food an absolute delight.
Plenty to do in the surrounding area.

Saturday 20th November…..£300 per night for a suite, directly above a noisy function! Wouldn’t it have been common curtesy to have advised us upon check in at least! Relocated to an inferior, slightly quieter room! Diabolical! Weekend away totally ruined……thanks very much! More...
