As a home-based worker with my head office some 400 miles away, it is imperative that I have a reliable contact locally to look after the IT within my home office. Having felt in the past that being a sole user, as opposed to part of a larger organisation, was a disadvantage when looking for IT support, I can honestly say I’ve never felt less like this with Steven at Pyramid IT. The “all access” support package I have in place is worth every penny, the remote access facility being highly recommended as issues are sorted quickly and efficiently. I also recently needed a hard drive replacement and this was completed in less than a day.
