Our young Cockerpoo developed nervous behaviour around big dogs following 2 incidents. A fellow dog walker recommended Laura, and we had 2 sessions with her. She helped us to understand why Bella was behaving as she was and between us we developed some strategies that have greatly helped. Laura was recommended to me by a colleague. She has been fantastic with our little bundle of trouble. She started walking Ivy for us once a week when she was 6 months old. Laura met up with me first to find out all about her and what we were working on. Since that time she has been very consistent with Ivy who is making huge progress on walks despite being a crazy (now 10 month old) spaniel. Puppyhood is a huge learning curve and knowing that I was leaving Ivy to the care of someone who understands dogs was incredibly important to me as someone who works with dogs. More...

We chose to use Laura after I lost confidence in my previous dog walker who didn't have much experience or training. I completely trust that she is taking good care of my dog whilst in her care and the fact she's a behaviourist really helps to assure me that Copper is in good hands.

I initially planned to use Laura for a few weeks while I recuperated from an operation but 3 months later have decided to make the arrangement long term.
Lex loves going out with Laura and she has chosen some great walk mates for him to socialise with which has helped him become calmer and more confident with his behaviour around other dogs. She incorporates training into her walks. Lex's recall has greatly improved and Laura is happy to share what she does and suggest what I can do to ensure we both provide Lex with consistentcy.
I would highly recommend Laura and feel Lex is in very safe hands while in her care.
