A few months ago I decided I needed a lifestyle change and seeked help from PUSH! PT. I joined the academy, which is a 12 week programme designed to loose weight, get fitter and stronger as well as learn how to fuel your body in the right way. This plan has been life changing for me, it has taught me so much about diet and exercise it has changed my mindset and given me the tools to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Alongside this I also decided to challenge myself to completing the Push 5k plan, I have never been a runner and this was a massive challenge for me but with lots of support and encouragement I was able to complete the 5k run in under 40mins at the end of the 8weeks.
I have also become a regular to the weekly exercise classes, Push! And Punch and Power Hour, both classes are friendly, fun and a really good workout. If you are looking for support with fitness, weight loss or nutrition then I highly recommend PushPT Richard will give you the support and tools you need to achieve your goal!

Joined PushPT after 1st lockdown. Had been v loyal member of another PT style gym for 4 years but I wanted to remain ‘online’ & I did not feel their online offer retained the ‘individual’ support needed. ...so I tried PUSH PT have been very impressed, Richard writes me 3 diff programmes a month focussing in my needs; all body workout, with a mixture between ‘traditional’ exercises & building in routines such as HiiT / Tabata. He also throws in what I call a ‘wild card’ routine each month. Over last 6 months my physique has continued to develop (I take ad hoc photos to ensure I stay focussed). The app is dead simple and enables you to check and recheck technique to be sure. A colleague from work has recently tried it and has lost several KG and staying with it. I don’t access the nutritional guidance as I’m ok with this but it comes as part of package if needed (as do ‘in person’ sessions when not in lockdown. As a Registered Nurse I know and value the importance of looking after your mind & body & PUSH PT enables me to do just this. Definitely recommend. More...

I have just completed the 30 day fat blast challenge and I’m so pleased with the results! The app is so easy to use and Chud has been on hand every step of the way to answer any questions I had & to to give lots of much needed encouragement. I never thought I would say I enjoy running ????‍♀️ but then I joined the Push PT: 5K Plan 8 weeks ago. It has been an amazing 8 weeks and I finally ran 5K yesterday. 8 weeks ago I didn’t believe I could run 5 k ! Yesterday I ran 5k in 34 minutes! ☺️ a huge thank you to chud and will for making running actually enjoyable ! The couch to 5 k plan was absolutely fantastic ! The weekly training runs were challenging yet achievable, and the weekly homework was set to push you a little further closer to the 5k goal. The support and encouragement from Chud and Will was fantastic and the support didn’t end once the training stopped. The added bonus of an online group gave us the chance to share our progress, motivate each other and gave the challenge a real friendly team feel. I’ve been attending PUSH! & Punch ???? classes for a few months and loved getting back into fitness. I was enjoying it that much I wanted to push myself further, Chud mentioned he was starting a couch to 5K class, knowing it would be a massive challenge for me I signed up! I did the Carnival 4 plan - I never would’ve had the confidence to sign up for the race without the training plan. Chud is great, really encouraging - he made the group training sessions fun, and made sure we all got round :)

I haven't actually been coached by Richard, but have seen him in action in the gym, many times. He clearly has good working relationships with them and is supporting, encouraging and motivational. I would recommend him.

I started having PT sessions about 6 months ago now, I’ve always gone to the gym but I never knew what I was doing and what I needed to do, to work different parts of my body. I needed someone to push me and not let me give up 5 minutes in.. Richard does exactly that, pushes you every session to help you reach your goals. I’ve become a lot stronger and feel fitter and happier in myself. I would also recommend Push and Punch class on a Tuesday night, great way of losing weight whilst having a laugh! I am a property manager for a large office/warehouse/manufacturing site in Mass. For years I figured cameras and alarms were enough to protect my tenants but I found out the hard way that I wasn't protected. Our buildings were ransacked and two of our major commercial tenants left as a result. I called several security companies and Strongbox is who I chose. Their rates were reasonable and I like the fact that most of the managers, including the owner were cops or military. They understood the issues that we were having and developed a solid plan to keep our buildings and our tenants safe. They have been staffing guards at our site since. They are great, respond very quickly, are reasonably priced, and their guards are far superior to some of the "Big Box" companies. More...

I started with Push PT a few months ago, and although I had experience in the gym, I was struggling to get back into a routine after the summer and wanted to lose some holiday weight. With Richards help, I have managed to lose half a stone, and 6 inches off my body which I am delighted with! I first met Chud back in the November of 2016. Life had delt me a few harsh blows and I’d hit rock bottom. I was in the process of progressively ‘downsizing’ after completing yoga teacher training, but had reached a brick wall plateau. Prior to becoming a yoga teacher, I was almost 22 stone (137kg). Yoga and cardio got me to 17 stone (107kg), but I had very little muscle mass. I was looking like a droopy weight-loss crash down. Chud was SO kind and supportive. He was 1 of 3 special people that picked me up out of a very dark place. Obesity eating disorders are a cruel prison. Chud had the keys to get me out of obesity prison. I’m ultra sensitive regarding my body shape. He has performed miracles to my holistic health and well-being. Chud made me strong physically and mentally. Today, my main hobby is PUSH PT - I lift heavy, run, box, swim and of course practice my daily yoga. Chud changed my life and I will always be grateful to his advanced knowledge and skill. Based in London. Loving my PUSH PT online workout! I work from home and spend most of the day in front of a screen and was conscious that I wasn’t moving as much as I should be. The nature of my work means that I can’t always commit to regular exercise classes, so an online workout seemed the best and most cost effective way to go. I contacted PUSH PT about their customised online workouts and Richard developed a programme with me to increase my strength and stamina. It’s brilliant! The online platform is so straightforward and easy to use. My schedule is set with reminders and linked to each workout, so everything is there for me at the click of a button. The videos are really helpful in showing how to do each exercise and I also find them useful to set my pace too. Regular contact from Richard also helps to keep me focused and motivated. When Richard offered me a trial with Push! PT using an online training system, I knew I had nothing to lose! Since starting my programme in the New Year, I have managed to lose a maintainable amount of weight and feel great in my clothes again! This is due to Richard's well planned sessions that really push me to work hard, and his readily available helpful advice whenever I needed it! I'd recommend Push! I signed up at the gym last summer and was going 3 times a week. By December I had noticed my strength had improved and my arms were a little bigger but I still had a proper "dad bod" and progress felt pretty slow. In February I sarted a month with Push! PT and told him my goals to improve strength and shed fat. The results have been more obvious after just 5 weeks with Push! PT than I achieved in the previous 6 months! I had been trying to lose weight and got fit for a few years with the same results every year. Initially lose some weight on some unsustainable diet and a quick run twice a week. As soon as I started to eat normal the weight would go back on and I'd be back at square one. I had a discussion with Richard and we both came to the conclusion that the online PUSH! PT plan would work best for me. With having a young family and working shifts I am able to do my workouts around work and most importantly my family. I love the fact I can get the kids in bed and start my workout without having to leave the house. The best part about the PUSH! PT plan is that I don't feel a slave to the exercise and diet. I now eat alot more sensibly but can still have the odd treat now and again. In just over 2 1/2 months I've lost over 17lb and run 4 miles in just under 32 minutes. My previous best time over the same distance was nearly 36 minutes on the Buxton carnival run. More...

I've been going to the gym for around 2 years now, I use to turn up not really knowing what to do to get the results I wanted. Richard offered me a trial with Online PT just before Christmas, it was the best thing I did. After the first week I could already feel and see the results. I am now signed up and loving it. Each workout I get is varied and tailored to what suits me, Richard is always there for support weather it be questions about workouts or about which foods to stick to. Having 2 children there's times when I can't get to they gym so I just do it at home as it's all there online for me. I've lost 1 stone already, I have so much more energy than I use to and generally just feel so much better in myself. More...

I started push PT with Richard a couple of months ago to loose a bit of weight and to improve my fitness and diet and so far I am really impressed with the results I have lost quite a bit of weight and I have toned my muscles up. I have been training with Richard for a few months now and thoroughly enjoy every session with him. I have always been an active person but after having 2 car crashes last year I was nervous about going back to the gym for fear or worsening my injuries. Richard planed routines to work around my injuries and slowly rebuild the strength. I have become a much fitter person and my injuries have actually improved. I trained with Richard last Summer as I wanted to drop a dress size ready for my sisters wedding in September. I was really nervous as I had never done any kind of gym or PT training before and had no idea if, or even how I would manage it! Richard was really encouraging, helpful, easy going and friendly which made me feel really at ease. There is no secret and there is definitely no magic pill. Whether you want to get fitter, stronger, bigger, lose fat, gain weight, get leaner... you need to eat the right food and do the right training. The right food and the right training differs for everybody, that’s my job to decide what will work for you and how to go about it.

I want to create a successful business to leave my children. I’ve mixed my passion with my personal skills to create a business I can be proud of. I want to be able to say I’ve helped hundreds of people with their health and fitness and given them a better life.
