I love getting to know you, holding up a mirror to your beliefs and habitual thoughts and then supporting, encouraging and challenging you in order to empower you to make wise choices about the rest of your life
What inspired you to start your own business?
I lead various teams in the retail sector before becoming a coach and found once I had qualified I was achieving so much more with my teams

With over 15 years of experience in retail management and learning & development, I offer a holistic approach combining commercial awareness, leadership experience and strength based positive psychology
During my most recent corporate role as Head of Retail for Cath Kidston I was responsible for setting out and leading the strategic direction for the retail team and creating a space that encouraged the retail team to authentically turn up for work.
