I have a very nervous Sprocker Spaniel and quite hesitant to have her groomed with anyone we don’t yet know. My first ever visit to a dog groomers. Karen was very calm and patient around my dogs, one of which is scared of blowers/dryers. I felt comfortable leaving them both with Karen, whilst I went off to visit a friend. On returning to pick up my girls I was greeted by happy, beautifully trimmed and extremely clean pooches. I'm taking my 13 year old collie in next week for a spruce up and a nail clip, looking forward to that.
