Jo from Purefoy Interiors did a brilliant job on our ground floor extension. Before we started the work, Jo spent a lot of time planning the space with the architect with such a good eye for detail that we got exactly the look we’d always wanted. Jo turned our house into a home. Working with Purefoy Interiors was worth every penny! We would highly recommend. More...

When we moved into our new house we worked with Purefoy Interiors to update a number of the rooms with a focus on the kitchen. Jo’s advice and mood boards saved us a lot of time and money and she helped make the final decisions narrowing down the large number of choices out there. More...

Jo from Purefoy Interiors was so creative and passionate about helping us design our perfect dining room and sitting room. She has amazing vision and gave us essential guidance and support. In addition, she really listened to us but also helped us to think of other things we hadn't even considered, which still got us exactly what we wanted and even more! Jo has a meticulous eye for detail and design. Her style is beautifully versatile but always produces a classically elegant and timeless effect. I wouldn't use anyone else now! More...

Thank you Cecilia, it was a delight to work with you and your husband and I am so happy that you are pleased with the results. I look forward to the next time we can work together again!

Q&As

Firstly, we have a conversation on the phone to discuss the brief. I will ask what the room is for, who uses it, what do you like and dislike, what do you want to feel when you are in the room, what do you want to keep, what do you want to change. I want to understand as much as I can about you and the project. At this stage, we will also need a rough idea of what sort of budget you have.

If this is a virtual consultancy, then I will want to see photos and a very rough floor plan with dimensions will also be useful.

I will then work up some concept or mood boards and will send you some physical samples of anything relevant such as fabrics, tiles or flooring along with recommendations for paint colours for you to try.

For a room re-style or refresh, you will also receive a shopping list of recommended furniture, fittings, accessories etc.

If the project is a house renovation or requires a new kitchen or bathrooms, then an on-site visit is essential, provided you are comfortable with this. Covid guidelines will be followed.

If your project requires construction work and project management, then this will be a more bespoke approach that we will discuss in person.

All styles and tastes can be catered for. That's all part of the fun of the job! We all have different ideas and it's my job to help you bring your own vision to life.

Making someone fall in love with their home is so rewarding. Its a wonderful feeling to know that you have made your client happy.

Playing around with different styles and colours is also really exciting. There is so much choice out there that it can be daunting and confusing and I love to help bring all the elements together to create a warm, welcoming and happy home.

Some clients love colour, they want bold and bright, vibrant patterns and crazy wallpapers. Others prefer to stick to an elegant and timeless neutral palette. The best part is to understand how a client wants to feel in their home and then exceed their expectations.

Renovating a house in South West France was a huge challenge but cemented my love of interiors and design so that when we returned to the UK, I studied a diploma with the Interior Design Institute whilst also remodelling our new home.

I love to listen and give my clients what they really want. It's not about what I like, it's about understanding what my client wants and working together. The key to a successful project is a strong working relationship.

I will guide you every step of the way, from concept through to completion and will only be happy when my client is 100% satisfied.

Online colour consultations and room re-models/re-styles can be supplied as a virtual service.

For all on-site consultations and meetings, social distancing is followed and face masks are worn. Any contractors who are involved will also follow Government guidelines whilst on-site and delivery companies will always wear masks and gloves whilst delivering goods.

Services

Remote virtual services for:

- Colour consultancy
- Room re-style consultancy

These services include a phone briefing followed by a virtual presentation of a moodboard room scheme along with samples and a shopping list of furniture, accessories, and all other relevant products.

For full house remodels, extensions, kitchens and bathrooms, I believe the best results come from visiting your home and getting to know the space.

Government Covid guidelines will be followed to protect all parties.
