What do you love most about your job?
Making friends and making people happy, I love to interact with my customers. I love to get to understand what exactly they are looking for, what there needs are and then providing the exact product they were looking for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I hade worked in this industry for 20 years and was dismayed by the lack of quality and customer service from the big retailers, so I set about building my own business with customer in mind, offering quality products, design and service.
