Pure Wellness Center

I have been coming to pure wellness for nearly a year and it has made such a difference. Every time I visit the staff are always friendly and for each adjustment I have they always listen to my concerns l. I highly recommend the centre.

I went into purewellness due to having knee problems and suffered with my back if stood for long periods of time.Hannah was able to do a full review and set up a treatment plan. After completing the plan I feel like I have a new body. I now go pay as you go when I feel like I need aligning. All the staff are lovely and very friendly. Pure Wellness is a delight from the moment you walk in. The decor is beautiful and light, just how you would hope to feel coming into a health centre and this feeling continues into the treatments. I have had the pleasure of experiencing both massage from Claire and chiropractic from Hannah and both were incredible. They are incredibly skilled practitioners who work with the utmost diligence and effectiveness and I always look forward to coming back not just for their treatments but for their incredibly warm and inviting personalities. Today was my first time visiting a chiropractor and I can honestly say all the staff are extremely professional and friendly making you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. From the beginning I felt in good hands. From what I thought wasn't really to much of a problem with my back to get it checked out and been told what was wrong and having it treated and feeling a lot better made me realise I was glad to get a small problem checked out and am looking forward to the next appointment. I've seen a few chiropractors over the years but none as great as Hannah. I noticed huge improvements with my back and hip pain after the first session. After a few sessions my back and hip had improved so much that I no longer had pain, something I had been aiming to achieve for years. I have suffered from back pain for the last 10+ years I’ve tried at least 4 other chiropractors and countless other massages techniques, so when a family member recommended pure wellness I was sceptical but I’m so glad I went. Claire’s massages are second to none and get better the more she works on me, Hannah is a very knowledgable chiropractor the treatment is not like any of the other I have tried, everyone in pure wellness is very professional and will do there upmost to help you. Fantastic! I went to the clinic today with a excruciating ache in my lower back and a dull pain in my upper back. Hanna did the assessment and afterwards I went onto the “the bed”, and that was amazing. Afterwards Hanna did an adjustment on my neck and I could literally feel it in my toes. She also levelled, as much as she could in one session, my pelvic. I’ll continue my treatment and see how things progress, as I still feel a little pain but nothing like what I went in with and there’s only so much you can do in one session. The treatment I have received at Pure Wellness has got me out of pain and given me a new quality of life. Hannah is so thorough with her examination and treatments and she always goes the extra mile to help. I love love LOVE this place! I've been to several chiropractors before in the UK and the US, and Pure Wellness is my favourite by some way. Hannah is a brilliant chiropractor, very skilled and personable. Danny (personal trainer/posture prep guy) is amazing at his job too. The staff are all amazing! I’ve been visiting Pure Wellness for the past season and have benefited from each treatment. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a high level of professionalism, and the place itself is clean and inviting. Hannah and her team are so friendly and lovely to be around, they are more like friends than a customer - business relationship. On top of this Hannah is amazing at what she does and after just a week my symptoms from two herniated discs has massively reduced. A huge thank you to Dr Hannah and her incredible team at Pure Wellness. A fantastic, state of the art centre with the most friendly and knowledgable team. Claire gave me the best message I have ever had. Dr Hannah’s knowledge is out of this world, and after 10 minutes on the traction machine followed by her amazing adjustment I feel so much better. Dr Hannah adjusted me in the final days of my pregnancy and I’m convinced this helped realign me so I could have the birth I wanted after a previous emergency c-section.
Since my sons birth she has continued to treat me and now my baby. Dr Hannah gently and carefully treats baby offering reassurance and easing any trauma from birth.

I have to say there have been significant physical improvements in the time I have been attending Pure Wellness. Dr Hannah's chiropractic care has greatly enhanced mobility in my shoulders, neck and back after really taking the time to understand my difficulties. In addition to this, Hannah continually shares her vast knowledge on overall wellbeing, often educating me in common misconceptions. It's this kind of insight that sets the clinic apart, enabling me to implement small changes in my daily routine. The rest of the team at the clinic also share Hannah's skill, warmth and conviction towards helping their community reach their health goals. They also run the 8 weeks to wellness program which I hope to get involved with in the future after these considerable strides I've already made. More...

Dr Hannah's brilliant, my husband suffers with lower back pain due to his physical construction job. His back muscles went into spasm, pressing on his nerves and he couldn't work for four days and was barely walking. Hannah adjusted him and within two days he was able to go into work.
