We offer effective and specific individualized, treatment for women going through perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. We treat a number of issues using Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, NCLS®, Time Line Therapy®, EFT and TFT.

We also treat stress, anxiety, low mood, insomnia, depression, phobias and bereavement, whilst at the same time providing a neutral ground to individuals, families and couples.

I love being the facilitator of change in people's lives.

I realised I wanted to help people get on to their right path when I worked in a male remand prison as an employability tutor. Talking to the men in class soon uncovered unhappy childhoods, absent parents, and a loss of direction. I wanted to do more than teach them. I wanted to go further into their problems and help them at a much deeper level.

This started me on my journey of psychology and therapy.

Our experience enables us to offer effective specific individualized, personal therapy using Hypnotherapy and other techniques and methodologies. We treat stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, behavioural problems, anger management, depression, weight loss, smoking cessation and grief, whilst at the same time providing a neutral ground to individuals, families and couples.

Our therapy is in-person at our therapy rooms on Quarry Street in Guildford, Surrey. It can also be done online.

Full measures are in place at our Therapy Room on Quarry Street, Guildford, Surrey to ensure that our clients are as safe as possible. When entering and moving around the building, face-coverings must be worn. Hand sanitizer is provided in the therapy room.

In this wonderful razor-sharp package of two sessions, we get focussed on where you want to take your life right now, by creating with you a set of well-formed outcomes and goals.

In the first session, we really drill down to how you will achieve the next phase of your life and get a plan in place for doing so. The session is rounded off with hypnosis which starts you off on the new path you have created for yourself. You leave this first session having taken the first important steps on your new life path with a very clear image of how you will achieve ALL of your goals to create the life you want for yourself.

In the second session, 2 weeks later, we review how you have progressed in the first two weeks of your new life. Our focus this session is you! We take a look at your beliefs. Are they working for you or limiting your progress in achieving the life you dream of? Nothing needs to be in the way of your new life, least of all you!

Using a range of techniques and methodologies, we remove anything that might be in your way, ensuring your road to change is clear.

Sleep is such a vital part of our lives...

Medical experts state that to function at an optimum level, a healthy adult requires between 6 and 8 hours per night, although this varies from person to person.

Sleep disturbances can be caused by depression, stress, anxiety or worry. Prolonged lack of sleep has been known to cause a drop in concentration levels and could lead to anxiety or physical illness.

If you are experiencing disturbed sleep, Hypnotherapy can help. It is wonderful for easing stress, worries, concerns or depression, and provides you with tools and techniques for facilitating relaxation and blissful nights of sleep.

Hypnotherapy is an effective treatment option for sleep disturbances and insomnia as it can eliminate the root cause of the problem and help you to relax and drift off to sleep.

If you think you are experiencing Insomnia, we recommend that you speak to your doctor before commencing Hypnotherapy so they may rule out any health issues or physical causes of sleeplessness.
