The beauty of private one to one sessions is that I will come to you, so all the training can happen from the comfort of your home. If you have a puppy who is yet to have it's vaccinations, not a problem, we can do all the training from your home to keep your puppy safe. Having a badly behaved dog can be very stressful for you, your family and your dog. It can also cause a lot of embarrassment, making you feel isolated and lost. Asking for help if the best thing you can do for all of you. We all need a helping hand sometimes and raising a well behaved dog is tough! The one to one training sessions are perfect for those who need that extra helping hand to get you and your dog back on track. During your session we can target a wide range of issues such as (but not limited to): - Recall - Pulling on lead - Jumping up - Basic obedience - Manners around the home

I like to describe dogs with behavioural issues as ones who have big feelings and just need extra help with how to manage those feelings. Sometimes behavioural issues arise from their past, many rescue dogs have issues due to their rough life and they need some help with adjusting to their new happy home. Sometimes behavioural issues just arise due to no fault of the dog or owner, the pup has had a brilliant upbringing but now feels the need to express their big feelings in ways that aren't appropriate. Whatever the cause, or the problem, I am here to help you and your dog achieve your goals. Maybe you just want to be able to have your friends round, or maybe you'd like to be able to take your dog to the beach and not have to worry, perhaps you'd just like to enjoy a relaxing walks with your dog. These sessions are not for dogs who require just basic training although we can still certainly work on basic obedience as well as addressing the bigger issues. Previous to your session I will ask you to fill in some pre-assessment forms, these will help me get a better overview of your past and current issues. During your assessment, we will first sit down to discuss the thorough history and the issues in detail. I will also observe your dog and their reactions to begin forming a better picture of the problems. I will then carry out a behavioural assessment of your dog and offer my advice. After your session, you will receive a thorough report of the assessment, my findings, a detailed training plan and any other suggestions I may have. You will also receive one 30min follow up phone call 2 weeks after your consultation to check how you are getting on. Please note that more follow up sessions may be required. Any further in-person sessions will be charged at the same rate as the Adult One to One training sessions. This puppy package is designed for exactly those situations! Suitable for puppies under the age of 9 months. The package includes 4 hours of private tuition completely personalised to you and your puppy. The sessions take place in the comfort of your home, and afterwards you will receive a detailed written up plan of everything we did in each session and a training plan for you to follow. The package also includes remote support via phone, text or email in between the sessions and for up to 4 weeks after your last session. I aim to keep the session educational for owners and puppies alike so there'll be plenty of information to broaden your knowledge and skills as a dog owner and allow you to build a better relationship with your puppy. Things we can cover during puppy one to one sessions: -How puppies learn and see our world -Biting and mouthing -Toilet training -General obedience; sit, down, loose lead walking, recall etc -Good manners around the home and out in public -Jumping up -Crate training -How to stop unwanted behaviours -How to play with your puppy -How to correctly socialise your puppy And anything else you may want or need help with!
