I started with PTK 12 weeks ago and it's without a doubt the best decision I've made. The PT sessions are tailored to suit your needs, they're fun and you definitely know you've worked hard! I love love love the guys at PTK!! I have never enjoyed working out, wouldn’t run if I was on fire! I decided to make some changes for my health and started training with Kayleigh, my only regret, not doing it sooner. She was so helpful and understanding when I had questions and concerns to start and everyone in the group made me feel comfortable and welcome from day one. They are a crazy bunch in my class (fat blast) but it makes it so much fun. I don’t feel self conscious at all. I’m now 5 weeks, in 8 lb down and I want more, I’ve even asked to train more days! Tried something new with the learning to lift class and now I’m loving lifting heavy stuff! Hugely recommend giving it a go if your looking for something different. Think I’ve laughed in every class as well as sweated and i certainly know I’ve been the day after. I joined in a lesson at PTK last October and I was welcomed with opened arms. Literally! All the group made me feel so welcomed even gave me a hug and kiss when I arrived . I immediately thought yes this is going to work out just fine. 5 months on I’m now about to start my third program with PTK, I’m gaining strength I didn’t know I had, I am able to do exercises I always told myself couldn’t do but with Kayleigh help and her expertise she has helped me overcome these obstacles. Well I’ve just finished my 4th week and I’ve got to say I’m so surprised with the changes in such a short amount of time! As a complete beginner to fitness I was looking for somewhere that I’d be comfortable so I started the shape classes and I just love it . I’ve started on both ladies learn to lift and also with the classes and I love it! Kayleigh and Dot are lovely and very accommodating, they make you feel so welcome and even with feeling anxious being on my own, I’ve felt comfortable pretty much immediately. I'm really very cynical, and can be pretty antisocial too, so I admit that when I first came across PTK and saw the #ptkfamily I thought it was a really cheesy marketing ploy. I'm happy to say that I've never been so wrong. The genuine ethos of the community that PTK had built up really is a family group and you are immediately welcomed in with open arms. This means that not only are the classes effective and challenging, they are also enjoyable and you look forward to going back. I joined the November challenge and the group was so supportive and encouraging, I made it to the end of the month with ease. I more than doubled my average daily step count, but barely even noticed as I was doing it, it just felt natural to be moving more. The daily challenges were varied and (mostly!) enjoyable, with a focus not just on exercise, but on enjoying life and overall wellness, including mental health. I would highly recommend PTK either as a 1:1 trainer, joining the classes or the online groups. More...

I met Kayleigh when I joined the ladies learn to lift course and I can't recommend the course or Kayleigh highly enough! I wanted to do something to get fit but was quite nervous about turning up to a class on my own and not knowing what to expect but it really has been brilliant. Kayleigh is an amazing trainer. I started with some one to one PTs and the ladies learn to lift classes, which I really enjoyed. I’ve got a bad knee, hip and wrists, but Kayleigh really encourages me to keep at it and work around them...so much so I even do a class or two a week now, would never have normally because my of ailments embarrassing (and hindering) me! And that’s another thing, all shapes, sizes abilities are welcome to Kayleigh’s classes, she really does promote the ‘PTK are a family’ values.
