Been a member at PT Corner for just over a month and it is by far one of the best decisions I could have made in regards to both my mental and physical health. The sessions are great, the other group members are so welcoming and Callum and Dave are both fab personal trainers who really know their stuff and are both great to have a laugh with whilst working up a sweat. For the past 6 weeks I have been taking part in the biggest loser challenge. I have really enjoyed working with David and Callum and the rest of the group up at PT Corner. David and Callum are very knowledgeable not just with exercise but with nutrition as well. I have worked with David in the past but not at PT Corner which I really enjoyed, the added bonus of Callum being involved and the friendly supportive group of members up at the corner has made me want to spend more time there as part of my weekly exercise routine so I will now be looking to join full time. I joined PT Corner 13 weeks ago and I’m just coming to the end of the second biggest loser program. I’ve worked with David before but had put some of the weight back on. I’ve enjoyed the program, lost weight, look better,feel better and it has helped to encourage me to stop smoking too. I’ve also been out on my bike more which is no bad thing! At the end of the further “Biggest Loser” programme I lost 12 pounds in the last six weeks. I'm a member at PT Corner. I started in February and I've already lost three stone, loved doing the biggest loser!! It's good fun getting your 10,000 target steps everyday & doing your food plan! Dave logged in everyday to see if I was doing okay and keeping on track It gets you motivated, I'm feeling fab! One week off then starting again!! I am coming to the end of my 6 week Biggest Loser Challenge and it's been amazing. Dave and Callum are so supportive and the classes are vibrant, well thought out and really get your fitness levels up quickly. After such a struggle with my weight after kids I am now getting back in my smaller clothes and feel great and more confident for getting my fitness back again. These two have taught me so much about nutrition and how the body works which I really think makes all the difference. Great friendly place, exercises vary from day to day over a cycle so you can get a full body workout. For the last 3 weeks I have taken part in Dave and Callum 21 day summer work out i have lost weight and have found the fitness app a real help they have both made me feel at home and I love there circuit training. They have been there for me every step of the way which has been a huge help thanks so much guys for all you have done for me. This is a fantastic place to join. David and Callum are very knowledgable and encouraging and very helpful if you are struggling they are always there to help you if you have an injury they will always give you an alternative too do. The atmosphere is very friendly and a good bunch of clients too they certainly make you feel at ease with yourself. You never get fed up as the program is different each day to day and it gets changed monthly. Feeling fat, frumpy, lumpy over fifty - kept meaning to do something about it - would start an exercise program but could always find an excuse to stop - too tired, too bored, something more exciting to watch on TV or just couldn't be bothered. One of my friends shared a link for PT corner - I was a bit nervous and anxious about contacting them to get more details but you couldn't get nicer more friendly and welcoming chaps - Callum and Dave were brilliant, really encouraging and not intimidating in any way. Signed up for a trial week and got hooked - really hate missing a session. The other members are brilliant, welcoming, spur you on and keep you motivated - you couldn't get a better bunch. Thanks to the team at PT Corner working with me and me taking control of my lifestyle My medication has been halved. Reversing diabetes is a term that usually refers to a significant long-term improvement in insulin sensitivity in people with type 2 diabetes. People with type 2 diabetes that are able to get their HbA1c below 42 mmol/mol (6%) without taking diabetes medication are said to have reversed or resolved their diabetes. this place is fantastic!. I started at pt corner when it first opened as I had previously lost 6 stone with Callum as a 1 to 1 client, I now needed more exercise to keep my weightloss and fitness goal on track. I was not disappointed!, the classes are not only well planned to exercise every part of your body they are fun too! each class is purposely not too big so you don't feel intimidated, and every single member is so welcoming it feels like we're one big supportive family!. Started with Dave for the 6 week challenge. My goal wasn’t so much about losing weight, it was more for the mental health side of it and getting motivated again to feel better in myself. Dave is so supportive, always at the end of the phone and gives great advice. I’m now feeling great, I’m attending the gym alone when friends are busy and exercise is a massive part of my routine. I have met lovely people in the group and have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of it all. For anyone that knows me, you know that diet and exercise aren’t my thing but moaning about wanting to lose weight and doing nothing about it is! So when I saw the advert for The Biggest Loser, I knew it was the push that I needed. I found the idea quite daunting at first (I love chocolate and had no idea what a macro was) but after the first session Dave made me feel at ease and that I could it. I’ve really enjoyed the sessions and want to thank Dave for all his support and for putting up with me (sometimes) moaning and my awful coordination! Dave’s nutrition guidance has taught me to look at food differently and taught me discipline and willpower that I never knew I had. I couldn’t recommend him and PT Corner highly enough. More...

I started the 6 week biggest loser challenge to see if I could lose some weight, to get fitter, change some bad habits food wise and to start eating healthier. I’m pleased to say that 6 weeks in I feel healthier, I’ve lost weight, and the food I eat is a lot healthier. At the start I explained my situation and that with my job it isn’t always easy to make the right choices, but with the help and support Dave has given me throughout, I’ve managed to changed those bad habits and now make better, healthier choices. The classes at PT Corner are fun, as well as hardworking, and Dave always shows us how to do the exercises correctly, and as a group we’ve all helped each other. I joined the Biggest Loser Spring Challenge run by Dave 6 weeks ago with the aim of kick starting a healthier lifestyle. I am relatively fit but wanted to lose some weight to improve my running and also to look more toned for my wedding in September. The workout sessions have been fun and varied, and I have enjoyed all them. Dave is helpful and extremely encouraging, taking time to demonstrate each exercise and activity during the workout classes. The private Facebook group that was created to help support and monitor our progress have also been great.
