Here at PT Anywhere, we offer a professional and fun Personal Training experience. We provide personalised 1-1 or 2-1 workouts customised to suit your fitness goals and capabilities. During each session you will be taken through a progressive workout programme that will enable you to become the happiest, healthiest and fittest version of yourself.

How to get started?

To get started we will schedule a 5-10 minute telephone call. We use this time to find out your medical history, exercise history, needs, personal goals and availability. From there we determine an appropriate workout duration and frequency (workout length/number of workouts each week). We completely personalise each programme and ensure that your future programmes are progressive so that you keep making more progress.

Additional to your great workout sessions. We will give you advice on your nutrition/calories intake and your lifestyle choices. You will have access to our spread sheets where you can see and track all of your progress.
