I offer clients a safe, non-judgemental reflective space to discuss their difficulties within a person-centred approach. This means the session is led by the client initially. I also offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Psychotherapy which are helpful approaches in reducing stress, anxiety, depression and addictions to alcohol, nicotine or even relationships and obsessive compulsive disorder.
