I have done the Egiptian healing course (first part for now) and I discovered things about myself that are deeply profound and make me feel a more confident woman.
It is not an easy journey, but it's totally worth any penny and effort! Part of the course is theoretical but it's mainly practical, with exercises and oils.
-about the teacher: Maria is kind and compassionate and she lead us through the journey with patience and understanding. She had a guest for a demonstration each time and everyone was shocked by her knowledge and wisdom.

Da un po cercavo un corso online sulle terapie Egizio essene,e cercando in internet ne ho visti alcuni,ma poi l'universo ha risposto alla mia richiesta facendo comparire su Facebook il corso di Maria,e sorpresa il corso comprendeva anche insegnamenti sul counseling olistico che un anno fa volevo ardentemente seguire. ..L'universo non sbaglia mai quando ci facciamo guidare col cuore.Devo dire che con Maria sto ritrovando il coraggio e la determinazione di conoscere me stessa e di propormi agli altri per quella che veramente sono spogliandomi man mano di tutte le sovrastrutture mentali che si sono costruite negli anni retaggi di culture,insegnamenti e paure che ho assorbito dall'esterno.Maria mi sta aiutando a partorire la vera me.Consiglio il corso a tutti coloro che vogliono amarsi ed amare gli altri. What do you love most about your job?
As a therapist and coach, what I love most about my job is the profound privilege of being entrusted with people's stories and journeys. The opportunity to truly listen without judgment and offer support and guidance is incredibly rewarding. Witnessing the transformation and growth of individuals as they navigate their challenges and discover their inner strengths is both humbling and inspiring.
Being of service in this way, contributing to the healing and empowerment of others brings a profound sense of fulfilment and purpose to my work.
I also love to use different modalities, such as embodiment techniques, parts work, EFT, NLP, CBT, art therapy, and sound, to promote creativity in our healing journey. Witnessing clients overcome dysfunction and blossom into empowered, confident individuals is immensely rewarding. Each step forward and breakthrough reaffirms the profound impact of our work together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration to start my own business stemmed from a combination of personal challenges and a deep-seated desire to use my skills to help others. Experiencing the loss of my dad to cancer, witnessing the separation of my parents, and enduring emotional abuse fueled within me a profound empathy and understanding of human struggles. These experiences instilled in me a passion for supporting others through their own adversities. Additionally, becoming a parent heightened my awareness of the importance of mental and emotional well-being for individuals and families. Thus, combining my personal journey with my professional skills, I felt compelled to establish my own practice to offer support and guidance to those in need.

Online sessions allow flexibility in scheduling, eliminating the need for travel and enabling clients to access support regardless of location. Whether you're across town or across the globe, I'm here to provide personalised support and guidance to help you thrive.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I transitioned to online sessions to prioritise the safety and well-being of my clients during Covid-19. I also created a free mindfulness online group to provide extra support for those who couldn't afford therapy.

Psychoenergetic Work® is a therapeutic modality that combines coaching, hypnotherapy, counselling techniques and energy work to facilitate emotional healing, energy flow, inner stability and global well-being, promoting awareness and personal growth.
This work supports a deep understanding of the causes of imbalances and how they influence your current situation and behaviours so you can take aligned actions for a conscious and lasting change.
Each session is a collaborative process between you and your therapist, and the focus is understanding and releasing dysfunctional unconscious patterns to transition to a more conscious and emotionally balanced inner state.
During sessions, you will be encouraged and guided to express yourself and your feelings freely, allowing better resolutions and integration of life's events, relational and inner conflict, challenges and parts of the self.
