Our cleaning methods will bring Indian Sandstone back like new again, using a combination of high pressure water and cleaning solutions to remove surface contaminants and brighten the surface of the Indian sandstone.

If joints need protecting, we can use the low pressure flat surface cleaner to easily remove surface contaminants, then apply a biocide solution which will fade any blackspot lichen, remove algae and give the surface a brighter appearance.

If joints have failed, we can remove the old joints and replace with a specialist paving compound, suitable for natural stone paving. We usually advise a buff colour for this surface and any uneven slabs can be removed and re-fixed on a new mortar bed.

We can also apply a sealant to the surface which will make it water resistant, inhibiting further growth of algae and lichens.

A low pressure turbo gun and flat surface cleaner are used to remove the surface dirt and moss. This will expose any surface imperfections which can then be repaired if required.

Pot holes and cracks in tarmac can be repaired and once the repairs to the tarmac or asphalt have been carried out, the tarmac restorer can be applied.

Overtime, paving joints will become damaged and loose allowing weeds to grow through

We can replace these with specialist coloured jointing compounds which are suitable for use with most paving types. For the best results, old joints will be removed to reveal the permeable mortar bed.

We will then push the compound into the joints and brush across the joints, leaving a perfect finish.

For added protection and to reduce maintenance, we can offer a range of sealants that can be applied to most surfaces

Unfortunately without the application of a sealer, patio and driveway surfaces can rapidly deteriorate in the space of a few years due to cars going back and forth, algae & lichen growing on the surface and weeds growing between block paving.

Sealants can enhance the look of your surface, whilst also adding extra protection from the elements and in the case of block paving, it will harden the soft sand in the joints between the blocks inhibiting weed growth.
