why choose proud paws well when I was due to take my dog for her appointment ,I went for a walk round the woods first thinking she would be calmer to allow Chantel to get on as my dog Peggy is known to be a tad fidgety. much to my dogs amusement during her walk she dived head first into a pile of deer . now she not only dived,rolled and generally got it into every crack and crease in her body before I could get there. it's now 2.35pm we are due for the appointment at 2.45 I'm rushing to get this rotten smelling poo riddled dog into the car and get to our appointment.i have all the windows open and gagging at the stench which can only be described as rotten road kill. I wanted to apologize and I would reschedule the appointment because there is not any job paid enough to deal with that smell. lovely as ever Chantel greets us with a warm welcome tells me not to worry she will deal with it ,at this point I'm mortified but still have to rush of for the school run. to be even more of a pain I am now running behind with work , Chantel drops Peggy off to my house after fighting with deer poo and Peggy resisting the whole time,Peggy is calm not stressed and Chantel remaining a absolute professional. Chantal proves time and time again she goes beyond the job title , all the added extras adding a bow to the collar ,letting the dog run around the garden half way to reduce stress , being arm deep in deer . we wouldn't go anywhere else . thanks Chantel 5stars More...
