We were so pleased with Dan and his team from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout and any queries and questions were explained clearly. Dan and Kurt were really friendly and very easy to have in our home. They really did go above and beyond what was expected, and all with a smile. In short:Dan and Kurt were fantastic from start to finish, honest and really easy to work around. Nothing was too much effort and attention to detail and finished job was excellent. When Dan came to give us a quote he explained all of our options and gave recommendations which helped us get the best bathroom possible. They were both punctual and polite, showing up early and working through the day and were really easy to be around. They kept us up to date each day about the progress and answered all of our questions, as well as double checking all of our options as we went along. Constantly kept on top of keeping everywhere tidy and usable in between stages making our lives as easy as possible. A few things needed adding on and it was no hassle for them to sort, their attention to detail on every stage of the job was top notch. Honest and genuine, the final quote was adjusted for the work they did, not just what was quoted, meaning we paid less then originally quoted due to parts of the job not requiring as much work. Won’t recommend that place. A while after work completed walls start to crack around the kitchen. Also the same on floor tiles. Grout cracked in many places leaving holes in many places.
