We work on empty property, furnishing every room needed by the seller to create a lifestyle space a buyer or tenant will instantly want to live in.
There are only approximately 4% of buyers or tenants that can visualise how a home could look.
We take that confusion away by showing your space in the best possible way with furniture / accessories etc.
this is based on a price for a 6 week hire period.
We give a price which will include everything.
consultation/ delivery/ styling/ building furniture/ dressing and removal 6 weeks later
Furniture supplied for HMO / Serviced Apartments
We can supply all you need to have your rental property ready to go.... but not in a basic way!
Your property will stand out from the crowd with a styled bespoke space including all furniture needed, accessories, bed linen, artwork, rugs etc
This is on a purchase basis where the owner will buy the package and keep therefore no pickup needed.
Airbnb/ Holiday home Complete Furnish
We can supply all that you need to have your holiday home ready to accept guests and stand out from the page with a beautiful styled bespoke furnished package including all soft furnishings/ artwork/furniture/accessories/ kitchen fit out with countertop electrical goods/ knives forks/ pans/plates etc etc whatever you may need!
