Boiler Installations
Whether you’re a homeowner or a landlord we can help you pick the best boiler for your property and expertly install it. With our 30 years of experience there’s not a boiler that we haven’t come across.
Our boiler installations all come with a 7 – 12 year warranty so you can have peace of mind that if anything goes wrong we’ll be there to help you. We’ll also automatically register your new boiler with Gas Safe and the manufacturer so that you don’t have to.
A well maintained boiler will perform better for longer and will stay safer we send annual boiler service reminders – we know how hectic every day lives are!

Boiler Servicing
Carbon monoxide poisoning can be fatal and is caused by faulty or poorly maintained appliances. It is vital that you get your boiler and gas appliances inspected and serviced regularly to make sure they are working as safely and efficiently as possible.
What will the engineer do during the service?
Gas pressure check to ensure the boiler is operating at the correct gas pressure.
A flue test to ensure there are no unsafe emissions from your boiler.
Inspect your boiler and controls to make sure they are operating properly/safely.
Visually inspect the boiler to check for corrosion and leaks.
Landlords
Each year a landlord is required to produce a landlord safety certificate. We can provide you with this certificate hassle-free and we will check up to three appliances.
With this certificate you will also receive a free annual boiler service to make sure your boiler is problem free and is running efficiently.
