One word: Excellent.My house was beautifully photographed and advertised. It went under offer in 6 days the first time and 5 days the second time. The Statons staff were conscientious, patient and very positive in their approach so we felt very well supported. They were punctual, polite and always available to answer any concerns - thank you so much. They turned what could have been a stressful time into something very manageable and a special thank you to Bradley for co-ordinating our sale and purchase of the flat. I thought Bradley and the Statons Radlett Team were always, courteous, available, knowledgable and assisted every step of the way. I have recently worked with Statons Totteridge whilst buying a property and dealt with Navid during the process. We found him an absolute pleasure to work with and he made sure we were kept informed throughout. As a first time buyer, the process can seem quite daunting however his attentiveness and advice from start to finish made us feel extremely comfortable and in the loop. Our sale was completed within 9 weeks of sales instruction to Statons Radlett, and within 8 weeks from receiving an offer at the asking price. A period that included the 2 week Christmas holiday break.
