Can’t thanks Wes Harding of Prontech enough for coming and help set up my dads new iPhone and transfer everything over, for someone who is not techy in the slightest this was giving me a headache wondering how on earth to do it! Contacted Wes, who then arrived to look at the device, he order replacement parts for the speakers, then arrived the next day to fix it! Quick service, great guy and great price. Really pleased with the service with pronto tech. My daughter was in labour and had dropped her phone and the screen had broken. After speaking to Wes he came out to the hospital within the hour and repaired my daughters phone. An absolute life saver as we needed the phone to be taking pictures. Fantastic, friendly and professional service!
