We reached out to Project Gleam for a number of one off cleans following some internal building work and also some cover cleaning for our 5 surgery dental practice. Obviously cleanliness is our highest priority so it was really important we used a reputable and competent company but the proof was in the pudding. What do you love most about your job?
Happy customers and happy cleaners. It is very rewarding knowing that you are removing one of the many stresses from the clients lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Previously working for large corporates in the banking world, I felt frustrated by the customer service standards. We decided the only way to get job satisfaction was to start our own business where we could create our own culture, values and service standards within the company.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a straightforward, flexible cleaning service offering with no long contracts. We value our clients and the cleaners we work with. We have high standards, good values and we put customer service at the top of our priorities. On top of all this we also only work with police checked and experienced cleaners.

We can do online quotations or site visit, but obviously we need to be on site to clean.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have followed the Government guidelines throughout and will continue to do so. Client and cleaner safety is paramount to us.
