I was having trouble with my home network and laptop, Paul the technician sorted out my network for the agreed price even though other computer techs hadn't sorted it. My laptop was taken away by Paul and by 6pm he rang to say it was fully repaired and ready to be collected. I contacted Pitsac ltd about a second hand laptop I bought cheaply because it was faulty, pitsac repaired the laptop, bringing it back to life in one day and the money it cost means the laptop was half price, a great saving and I will use them again. What do you love most about your job?
Solving the problem and always having a solution. I love my job, not many people can take a hobby and turn it into a successful career.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in a very large and successful builders merchants as their IT manager for over 10 years and wanted to bring that experience and knowledge to every business no matter what the size.
