Ivan was extremely professional from the moment he stepped into the door. We got 2 other quotes but decided to go with Ivan given his professionalism. Having had the work now done I am extremely impressed with the outcome, he is meticulous in his approach and work was carried out on time with great communication throughout. We had two sofas cleaned one with pen marks (by my son) and another which was fabric and needed a clean. I’ve had the pleasure of taking up Pro Touch Cleaning service past 3 years. The work carried out was to clean my entire house carpet areas, staircase, hard surfaces etc. Ivan’s service is absolutely professional and spot on! My fathers cream carpet, chairs and rug had wine and coffee stains that had been left to dry and I didn’t think that cleaning would get the stains out however Ivan managed to get the carpet to look brand new again removing all of the stains.
