pro tec roofing

I contacted David back in February 2020, David was rude and verbally violent when I asked for him to have a look at the roof he fitted in Ivy Cottages. A flat roof where each side had a lip which resulted in the rain to pool in the middle and no drainage available. I have tried to contact him as we have the "20 year guarantee" at hand but he blocked me and sent me an inappropriate message via WhatsApp to which I have kept. I am now starting legal proceedings for the unprofessional work and damage to our flat roof. I don't expect a reply but my girlfriend and I have had endless troubles with the roof as its our first home but David seems to have no class or professionalism. I have been courteous during the original lockdown but it has now become apparent David and the team at Pro Tech have no empathy and can't keep to their apparent guarantee. Avoid at all costs, it's not worth the time.

I was really pleased with Pro-tec Roofing today, they come out and repaired my roof which was leaking very bad, they gave me a teriffic quotation and the work was done very satisfactory. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to my friends and family. More...
