What do you love most about your job?
True transformational change can only happen when something shifts. The best thing about my job is having the privilege to carefully foster the conditions of that breakthrough moment. Suddenly the coachee looks upon the goal with new eyes and realises that lasting change is possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I coached and mentored people every single day for the last 15 years in my career as a manager and leader in the IT industry. As my career progressed I realised my talents lay in helping people reach their potential. I've broadened and deepened my skills in a psychological masters degree which encompasses coaching, counselling and psychotherapy. I now offer bespoke coaching to people all over the world in a wide range of areas at great depth.

Yes. 99% of my coaching is conducted via Zoom or Skype. I've used this technology to coach and mentor people all over the world for over a decade.

No changes were necessary, as the sessions were already conducted online.

I use the GROW model as a framework for coaching to first get a joint understanding of what is your goal or outcome. Next we'll examine what is your current situation and the potential obstacles to success. Then we will examine the options before starting to take the necessary action steps.
