Have taken several journeys with Priory Cars now and am really pleased with the service. Drivers are always on time and polite, I've used the online booking service alot and it's never failed me, and overall am just happy to finally have a good local alternative to Station Cars!

Fab service - picked me up from a wedding and took me to a train station about 20 min away, when I had struggled to find a taxi firm in the area who would pick me up because I wasn't going long distance from Gatwick (annoying), but these guys happily took my booking and were very pleasant on the phone when I called to double check and reconfirm it. What a great service! Online booking, confirmed by email, text when driver despatched incl tracking details, drop off to the airport without any issue whatsoever. Pick up from the airport exceeded expectations, driver arrived early and waited nearby, phoned as soon as he saw our flight landed, literally no waiting or looking - he was there as we walked out of the airport, we were home within an hour from landing - makes such a difference after 12h flight! When we returned from holiday they had tracked our flight and, knowing we had landed early, telephoned to check if we wanted collecting at the time we had requested, or straight away so no delays. I work in a local school and book all our cabs through Priory Cars. They are the most reliable and safe company I have found locally. I was a past Belfry Cars client for many years and was not happy about the amalgamation of Belfry and Road Runners and was delighted when I heard that Priory Cars had formed and I have moved all our business over to them. From booking through to completion of a job the service is of the highest level, the team are polite, courteous cheerful and efficient. The cars are well maintained and are spotlessly clean inside and out. and most importantly they are always punctual. I feel safe travelling with them alone day or night and thus am happy to entrust them with our school children. Moreover the fares are very reasonable too. I am happy to give them an A* rating.
