A superb service. Very highly recommended. Unaware of the fact that the shop was 'under new management' I returned a reconditioned lap-top that was a month or so out of warranty and was running very slowly. The new management - Connor - would have been well within his rights to charge me for the efficient and thorough job he did repairing the lap-top. As well as simply repairing the lap-top he went way beyond the call of duty and performed a health check on the machine and even installed some anti-virus software. A great experience. Cartridgeright is a shop that's got the goods. It pretty much does what it says on the tin, and then some... It can save you a fortune in peripherals, especially if you have a printer that devours printing ink at the rate that mine does. But this isn't just a cartridge shop. This small computer centre in a popular student area in Bristol is well placed and a lifesaver to many an ailing computer system. Their name suggests just an ink cartridge provider (which they are, and with a very good range too), but they do more than that. They also repair broken computers, run PC health checks and can upgrade your system for very competitive prices. If you're feeling environmentally conscious, you can also recycle old cartridges here. I really like their attitude to their business too; they went independent around 18 months ago from being a franchise and now run a little Bristol based business in order to keep prices low and customers happy. This place does printer ink cartridge refills at great value and to a very high standard. We had previously used a different cartridge refiller in Bristol but got very, very poor results with leaking cartridges and poor quality printing. We took the damaged cartridges (caused by the above place) to Cartridge Right and they just replaced the cartridge with one they already had at no extra charge. Great service. More...
