My mum went into the shop last minute and bought some personalised gifts and said it was amazing service, all staff go out of their way to help you! One of the gifts was a memory mug that had very old pictures on but the quality was still very good, the mug should have taken a few days but as it was a memorial mug for a 40th birthday the staff made it for her straight away so we could have it on the actual day. Great customer service when i went in the shop very clean and very good products.Always happy to help with anything from home visits to standard repairs.
