Primeshine Cleaning Services

I contacted PrimeShine for my cleaning services, sent them pictures and they sent me a quote. It all started really well, they did a great job of the cleaning of my kitchen cupboards. However, left a mess behind over my kitchen surfaces, appliances and floor from all the cleaning. After they left I spent around 45mins cleaning up after them. Not to mention they forgot to do a spot in the kitchen underneath two of the cupboards which they did come back for the following morning. After speaking to them about my concerns I did also get a quote for a bi-weekly clean which I then opted for. My first clean came around, they contacted me the day before asking to confirm my clean etc. and the day of my clean approaches and they do not arrive. I gave them half hour or so incase of traffic and sent a message asking if they were on their way. I called, I sent another message and NOTHING! I didn’t hear from them ever again, oh and they blocked my whatsapp!! Please do not use, they left me and my family in the lurch with my cleaning, I’m pregnant and they did not have the audacity to contact me. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Do not use this company! More...

Christopher was quick at responding to my questions and working round my availability to clean the cooker at a property I own that had been left by previous tenants. It was really filthy.
