Martin came around at short notice to fit a ceiling light that I had tried to do myself. He knew what needed to be done and remedied it immediately. He was very courteous and professional from the start, making sure to remove his boots at the door without being asked. Jacques and Martin handled a big, complicated job running electrics from under our stairs and into our new summerhouse at the end of the garden. The job was well planned out and very neat. A lot of the cabling was hidden, which was a bonus and down to good knowledge and planning. They were polite, tidy and helpful throughout which helped a lot and we were consulted about key decisions. The end result exceeded our expectations and we are delighted. As they are industry registered, all the electrics will be signed off too. We are now planning another job for them. Highly recommended. I couldn’t recommend Prime Electric enough! We had our fuse board, outside garage supply and a full EICR carried out by them and they fully exceeded our expectations.
