Prime Locksmiths (Sam) fitted new locks to both the front and rear doors. I was contacted and explained my options via text and then through WhatsApp so I could send pictures easily. Each question a threw at Sam was answered and explained clearly. On the day Sam was on time and cracked on with the job, Sam was very conscious and was closing doors all the time to keep the heat in, very nice touch in the current climate. On the day everything Sam did was explained and I found his manor very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. I asked about other projects and he responded very honestly and that was very much appreciated. I would definitely use Prime Locksmiths again and would have no hesitation in recommending Prime Locksmiths to friends and family. More...
