Ross was an amazing landlord and had been super efficient if there were any faults with the property.
Even throughout the COVID-19 Period an agreed payment plan was set up so that I wasn’t forced to leave the apartment and manage my finances.
Honestly a really great guy and I believe that he really likes that type of honesty back in return as we both always had a consistent level of strong communication.
I don’t think I’ll ever find a landlord as great as this one!

Prime City Lets are a great team, super friendly and very responsive when we had any issues. The standard of the properties have been very high. Even when the power went out due to a street burst pipe and had to call UK Power Networks they were at the property the whole day and keeping us updated until power came on. We will rent from the friendly team again and everything is super organised and easy. When we had summer lockdown they also came and tidied up the garden and put some social distances benches and seating for us. Highly recommended. More...
