I absolutely love this place! Got to admit I was a bit nervous when first starting as it was bigger than I was used to and more people but as soon as I started I was made to feel welcome and part of the group! I joined Primal Fitness October 2017 with the attitude to get fitter and healthier and I was not disappointed. All the staff at Primal are very well in tune with what Clients needs are requirements. There knowledge in Exercise and Nutrition is second to none will staff more than willing to help out with any questions or assistance a client has. I would definitely Recommend Primal Fitness to anyone. Unfortunately due to personal circumstance I was unable to continue. Been doing a couple taster sessions here and I love it. The staff are so friendly and they ask about injuries etc and they keep avoid eye on you through the sessions. I joined primal 2 1/2 weeks ago I’ve attended 11 sessions so far and followed the eating plan. I can already see the difference, more energy levels sleeping better not to mention the scales are showing my efforts. I’m coming to the end of the 30 day MELT programme. It’s been surprisingly enjoyable! The coaches (Richie, Rosie, Chris and Claire) have been so helpful dragging me through the classes, Chris’s daily emails and nutrition advice has been incredibly useful, showing me how to eat well without feeling hungry or missing foods, and everyone has been so welcoming and supportive. I never thought I’d feel comfortable in a gym, but here it feels like I’m meant to be doing this, so much that I’ve signed up to stay. I’m definitely fitter and thinner than I was 4 weeks ago, and looking forward to the next 30 days! More...

This review is being left after 5 weeks of attending Primal
Fitness 3 times per week. I must say that it has been a very enjoyable and extremely challenging 5 weeks.

Every session that I’ve attended so far is slightly different to previous sessions. This variety, for me, has kept things interesting and varied.

The sessions continue to push me out of my comfort zone. However, with the support, encouragement and guidance given by the trainers, it is an excellent platform to push yourself beyond what you may think is possible.

On the subject of trainers, they are a very likeable bunch, always explain things clearly and are quick to point out any issues with technique. This is very important given some of the sessions that involve lifting heavy weights.

The daily emails are very informative and offer practical guidance in terms of nutrition, forming good habits and the regular weigh ins help monitor progress.

There is always help and advice on hand which is a huge bonus for me.

Finally, the number of sessions on offer each week means that there is something for even the busiest of people.

All in all, this is an excellent facility and I’m looking forward to continue working with the team on my immediate and long term goals.

So where to start... after the initial interview to see why I wanted to get fit and lose weight I took up the chance to take out the 8 week course. First night at Primal I was greeted by the lovely Claire who made me feel really welcome, I’m always a bit nervous going to a new gym. And if this is also you, you have nothing to worry about! All the staff I have met so far (Richie, Rose and Claire) are amazing. They say it’s a family and they really do make an effort to make you feel welcome.
Richie has took most of my sessions he’s the loud one lol. But don’t let that put you off as he’s a great guy full of encouragement and support knows when to push you and when to let you have a rest. I’m not going to say everyone will get these results but in my first week I lost 1kg in weight and 1/2 and inch off my waist. I am over the moon with these result as I’ve tried all sorts. I also love the little touches like getting a call from Claire after a hard session to see if I’m ok and emails of support and help with what to eat.
I’m really proud to say I’m part of the Primal family and hope they continue to keep up the great work! Thanks guys and see you next session

In my second week and can already feel and see a difference. My energy levels are up and I look forward to exercising :-).
Everyone is truly amazing , the staff and ladies in my group have been very welcoming ,friendly and supportive.
Best decision I have made and I would highly recommend it all the ladies out there in any shape ,size or fitness level ,give it a try you will love it.

As my body slows down and my weight and waste size went up, I knew I had to change something in my life.
Getting motivated to go to a gym but not really know what to do wasn't the answer.
I seen the ad on Facebook and got in contact with Chris.
A wee chat about me and what Primal Fitness could offer and I thought this sounds worth a go.
I've just completed week 3 and I'm seeing the results.
You meet great trainers and other people of all fitness levels but it's friendly, hard work and working along side others motivates you.
You get advice on diet which is great as you also get a great choice of menus to help change your eating habits ( I sometimes cheat?)
They have a fabulous team.
If you're finding it hard to get fit, give Primal Fitness a call for a chat, it might just change your life for the better!

In my second week and can already feel and see a difference.
I've never been one for the gym, as my 17 stone frame and 38" waist will testify, but being terribly unfit, with dodgy knees and lungs the size of peas I was fed up of being fed up.
I decided to join Primal with some nervousness, but I have to say that I'm so pleased that I did.
The staff and members are friendly and welcoming and the trainers want you to do well. I envisaged a testosterone laden Drill Sergeant...how wrong was I. They encourage and push you but also keep a close eye on you to make sure you don't overdo it. They (Richie and Dan) are really great guys and, I can't believe I'm saying this, I look forward to seeing them!
The support programme (emails, posts and videos) is excellent and I've found it easy to stay on track.
So, two weeks in, and with good progress so far, I am confident that I will hit my goals...and enjoy doing it at the same time.

The Coaches are really encouraging both with fitness and nutrition guidance. The members are really friendly which makes it easier to train. Totally different experience compared to going to a gym. It is my second week in with primal fitness and I absolutely love it . I have to admit the thought of joining a gym filled me with fear as this was all new to me and the worry I would be the one who stood out not knowing what the hell I was doing was terrifying! I was so wrong and only wish I joined sooner. Everyone is truly amazing, from day one walking through the door I was welcomed by all staff and members they are all so friendly, understanding and positive you couldn't ask for anymore help and support.
