What’s your signature dish?
Apricot & Basil Mousse, dark chocolate cremeux, apricot sorbet & hazelnuts
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Meeting them for a free consultancy meeting, where we can discuss their likes, dislikes, special requests and any other desires and ideas. I take along my portfolios so the clients can have a look at what I've done previously and to give them an idea of what they could receive themselves.
What do you love most about your job?
Making something for people that they really enjoy and are really happy with. Providing something which is better than what they have had before.
Anything pastry based. Mainly chocolates & macarons.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always wanted to do it, the goal one day is to have a real French style Patisserie.

Clients can expect something different from what they have had before. And the freedom to adjust their menu or requests to their exact desires.
