Today (15 August 2019) we had an electric double garage roller door installed by Prestige Security Solutions. It’s brilliant. A great product, with excellent customer service. We received an immediate response from an on-line enquiry. A very comprehensive quote was quickly provided, with some sound advice received over the telephone. Roller Door fitted 18th April 2019After a few quotes from "Reps" of other companies with all the usual sales jargon it was refreshing to speak to Paul about our requirements. He wasn't pushy and said it as it was with no flannel. His quote was prompt via "E" Mail and was accepted It was duly installed by Carl and Tony who arrived on time, accepted a cup of tea, and got on with the job. Telephoned for a quote to remove two garage doors +central pillar. Rep arrived at arranged time. Measured, showed sample of electric double doors and sent quote by email 3 days later. Accepted quote and delivery was about 2-3 weeks. Arrangements made for fitting. Fitters(3) arrived early morning. All very pleasant and good workers. Doors removed and new doors fitted by 2o’clock. Site left spotless and old doors removed +bricks. Workings of door explained. The whole experience was excellent. We found PSS on the local free magazine that came through the door. We needed a new garage door and so we contacted Paul, who called round to discuss the matter. He was a mine of information and took trouble to explain all aspects of the supply and installation. We considered other quotes and decided upon this one. The quote was reasonable and so we ordered the door. Installation took only three hours and the fitters were very polite and caring. We are very pleased with the quality, service and installation of our roller garage door. The fitters left the site very clean and tidy and made sure we understood the operation system before leaving. The garage is now draught free and the adjoining utility room is warmer as well.
