We had an issue with our drains which had become backed up and was flooding our patio. Ben was quick to respond and at our property within an hour. He’d unblocked the drain relatively quickly but spent time checking the others and provided advice on how to prevent/resolve the problem if it reoccured. I recently hired Prestige Locks for locksmith services and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
The locksmith, Benji, managed to open my door, but the job was left incomplete. Despite assurances of a thorough job, the issue with the doorknob remained unresolved. Additionally, I was charged an exorbitant fee of £170, despite the work being incomplete and not meeting the promised standard. Despite expressing my concerns, I ended up paying £150, which I still believe is unfair given the circumstances. Overall, I am disappointed with the service provided by Prestige Locks and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Sorry if you feel disappointed. But as stated to you while we were there at this time of night we were not able to get the part for you today but could get it for you in morning. But when we mentioned it. You said you were happy with the service and what we have done already as we got the door to lock and unlock temporarily and you will phone lanlord to fix it as you didnt want to pay for a gearbox. As you were wanting to get to sleep as you are up early in morning.

The wardrobe doors fell off, the toilet seat fell off and I had to then times water changed continually for two days. I gave him £130. 00 for £82.50 charged as the Dishwasher had to be installed but was not. The £50.00 has not been mentioned or returned. I will never hire this man again. Excellent response and great customer service when lock failed on front door late at night and couldn’t get in house with daughter and dog was inside who was also distressed. Got in through forced entry of back door but they quickly sorted both front and back door and made secure. Very friendly and reassuring with the odd joke thrown in.
