Really impressed with Andre and the brilliant job he did on our lounge/diner carpet! We’ve had our carpets cleaned by another local company prior and I have to say that Andres service was by far superior. Very professional. Great care was taken when moving my furniture and attention to detail when moving it back in the exact same spot. Quality equipment, non toxic/bleach free/eco friendly products (which was ideal with two young children). With trodden in mud and food stains everywhere I was amazed that all was removed from my carpet, it looks great! 😀 More...

Andrè provided a prompt and reasonably priced quote for cleaning two armchairs and two three-seat sofas. He arrived on time and explained how the process would work. He was careful during the cleaning process and did not rush the job. We were pleasantly surprised that the upholstery was only showing slight signs of damp after such an extensive cleaning process. The before and after photos clearly show how effective his methods are-we consider our home to be clean at all times but we were surprised to see how much cleaner the chairs were. We would recommend his services as a diligent and considerate contractor. More...

From THE OLD HOUSE, HAMBLE. The results were amazing and worth it. Andre worked hard and was very thorough and achieved and amazing result. The carpets were marked with mascara, coffee, wine and stains from Air bnb guests, their parties and long term renting guests. They are literally like new, I couldn't believe it as had considered replacing. Great result and super impressed. Will definately have Andre back for an annual clean. We'd had someone else in previously, just a few days earlier but to no real effect. After Andre had finished though, the carpets had been restored to a condition I wouldn't have believed possible. even the carpet piling had returned. old marks from my daughter's slime toys were gone, along with rust stains that were from leaking radiators. very recommended. I would like to recommend Premium Asset Cleaning if you are in need of any carpet or upholstery cleaning. They did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets today. I did not have high hopes for our old, stained carpets but I was left amazed by the complete transformation afterwards. They looked clean, smelled so fresh and the piling looked like it had been given new life!!! They were also dry in super quick time which was a big bonus. The owner Andre had such a friendly and positive attitude, he paid lots of attention to detail and was incredibly professional. He explained the whole scientific process to me before he started and it is clear that he knows his stuff!! The products he uses are all eco-friendly and it has a lovely citrus scent. Andre did a pre-treatment first before he started the whole cleaning process. Excellent, prompt and efficient service with a smile! I would most definitely recommend Premium Asset Cleaning. More...
