From our original telephone call to work completion, I can honestly say that Colin's Premier Pointing service is outstanding. Colin responded promptly to an email enquiry and gave me a rough quote for repointing in a loft and replacing a few crumbling bricks but said he would prefer to come and take a look to firm up on that. He came and looked, and confirmed a fixed price that was within his original range. The work was arranged and carried out a few days later. He arrived promptly and was careful to keep any dust and mess contained. He completed the work on schedule and did a good job of tidying up. I think he actually ended up repointing a slightly larger area than we had agreed! Overall – very happy with the work and the overall experience. I have a lot of experience in the building trade. I have and still do work for Insurance companies. Im honest, and approachable, and take pride in my work. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I am very fair with my pricing of jobs. and I am not VAT registered which helps to keep the prices down for the customer.
