Matthew has done an amazing job in doing the dropped kerb drawings, submitting the planning application and getting it approved.
Matthew was very quick in replying to emails and making necessary changes to the drawings.
This was all completed without meeting in person and all via email. I would definitely be using oagain when we apply for a front extension and have no worries that all the working and planning can be done via email and not in person.

Never thought it would be made so easy.
Matthew was on the ball and so easy to work with. I changed my ideas about how I wanted my kitchen to be a couple of times.
Matthew let me know if my ideas were legal or not. If not he suggested the best way forward and my plans have been drawn up and have now been submitted to the planning department for approval. I don’t even have to deal with the council as Matthew does it all. The process took about 2 weeks up to submission to council. I cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Working previously for a large company, I found customers wouldn't get the personal one to one experience they desired. I am available by email or phone throughout the planning process and provide regular updates.

Planning Applications
Planning drawings for all developments can be produced after an initial no obligation phone conversion, a measured survey of the property will usually need to be done
Building Regulation Application
Once planning permission is approved or if your development falls under permitted development (planning not required) building regulations are usually required.
