Finn stayed here for the first time recently for two weeks, he was very well looked after and was kept up to date as much as I wanted with pupdates and piccys on Facebook. My dogs Bella and roxie have been going here for over a year now and the love and care they receive is fantastic from the minute they are picked up and dropped off from our family home. we have been boarding our two labradors at Premier Pets for over 12 years, the staff are very caring and the dogs literally pull us into the kennels. They always report any concerns, administer medication when needed & know the dogs very well, the dogs return home without any issues & settle straight back into their normal regime. More...

We have used Premier Pets Hotel on a number of occasions at different times of the year and our valued family member is very well looked after. He always goes in happy and knows exactly where to go - The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I've used this place for my old cat who I sadly lost earlier this year, and although I was a bit worried about putting my new kitten in there last week (7 months old so not a baby) I had no need. It’s really clean, staff are attentive and the facilities are excellent; my main criterion when choosing a kennel is how much exercise my dog will get and the exercise routine here means she gets lots. Our Max loves it at Premier Pets! He has been a regular visitor for seven years now and is always eager to get through the gate and be in. We were so scared to leave our beagle Diesel while we went away for 2 weeks. He is not too good with other people and he has never been without us. The staff at premier pets hotel were great with him, they were patient and calm with him. Within a day he made friends with them and he became comfortable in his kennel, and he also let the staff take him for a walk, which we though was amazing! I asked about him nearly everyday and within minutes they messaged back to say how he is and also sent me pictures of him. I would 100% recommend Premier Pets Hotel! More...

First time I've used premier pet hotel and first time I've left my dog in kennels so I was so scared leaving him but felt kennels was best place for him as I was going away for a week, I've seen these kennels and they looked very nice and clean, I picked my dog up Friday 24th of August he seemed fine but abit off it when we got home which is understandable staff seemed nice and friendly the ones I saw, I would recommend you others and would use these kennels again

So so so caring and thoughtful. They think about every detail to make my dog as happy and as relaxed as he can be throughout his stay. They really go the extra mile. They exercise and play with him going through all of his tricks and then giving him plenty of hugs. My dog is rescue and has bad memories of kennels, but none of this comes to the surface here. He comes home tired and content. I know that I don't have to worry about him while I'm away. I really can't recommend this place enough. More...

My two ragdoll cats recently stayed here for just over a week. I got to see the facility and meet the staff. Everyone was lovely and couldn't do enough for me and my animals. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. When I went to pick my cats up, they were relaxed and happy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for boarding. We have used Premier Pets for around 6 years and would highly recommend them! We have tried a couple of other kennels in that time due to moving house and have always returned to Premier Pets. We now travel from Castle Donington as it is worth the trip! Both of our dogs, Yuki and Charlie, always look excited when they arrive. They have always been professional - always request evidence of the kennel cough vaccine and have always kept their belongings nice. They take care to adapt to the dogs needs; they are quiet dogs and they always place them in kennels near other quiet dogs so they feel secure. We leave our two dogs, Bella and Mimi, here every time we go on holiday. Both girls are very much pampered at home and it’s always hard for us to leave them with anybody else. The staff are always so patient with us when we constantly phone before we leave them to check they will have everything they need and our constant phone calls to check in whilst we are away. They are always very honest with us with how they are and the girls are always very happy and look healthier when we pick them up than when we drop them off! The staff are always so friendly and helpful and clearly love animals and understand that they are our babies. The dogs tend to follow the staff when we pick them up and usually ignore us! Kennels are basic but the care they receive is top quality which is what is most important for us. I wouldn’t leave them anywhere else. My two dogs had a weeks stay here. I collected them today and I was so relieved at how happy and healthy they looked, as I was worried about leaving them. I really shouldn’t have worried! Our 2 cats stayed for just under a week in mid February and clearly thoroughly enjoyed themselves! The team very kindly sent us pictures whilst we were away and they both looked so relaxed and settled, it was very reassuring given that our kitten has not boarded before. They are always happy for us to bring them lots of toys and home comforts for the stay and the remaining food was returned without asking. Staff had clearly spent time with them because on collection they chatted and described their personalities. On previous visits the kennels have seemed a bit noisy (hence 4 rather than 5 stars) but we didn't notice it at all this time. Staff on this visit were fantastic and we'd be very happy for our 2 to stay again. I recently collected my Husky and Akita from here after being on holiday for a week. They were very well cared for by the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. I used this kennel for my first dog and now use it for our rescue dog I was more nervous than our dog but can honestly say she was well looked after and so we are using them again, she is so well looked after I would not go anywhere else she is old and nervous around other dogs but they totally get it and are brilliant with me as well
