The spring mechanism of my up and over garage door let me down with a snapped cable that required a professional to fix. On the phone immediately after New Year`s Day I spoke with the delightful Pauline who contacted her team who were out on a job and I was delighted to have them come and fix the problem the same day. How is that for service! Other companies I spoke to just said it was probably not possible to reattach the spring and suggested buying a new door for upwards of £650. Premier carried out the repair job without fuss, at a competitive rate and at a fraction of the cost of having a whole new door. If this happens to you, do give the nice people at Premier a call. I generally do not give feedbacks but in this instance, I thought I should give credit where it is due!Firstly, I wanted an electric roller garage door with excellent security features and, through a lot of research opted for the SeceuroGlide Classic. I appointed Premier Garage Doors because they were extremely thorough in the information they provided about the door/fitting etc with no hidden extras but, most importantly because of their integrity.Secondly, I am so impressed in the way the fitters have installed the roller shutter garage door as it is installed to perfection. They were very professional, helpful and explained the operational features of the door clearly.If you are looking for a company that offers a first class service with extremely high standards then look no further as you will not be disappointed. Marvellous Service - I emailed Premier Wednesday evening, as my door was sticking, and by mid-Thursday, Sam diverted here between other jobs. We had previously used this company to replace mother in laws garage door and they provided a good service. The lady in the showroom was very helpful. We are very pleased with our new up and over garage door, good quality and easy to operate. Fitters very pleasant and hard working in the pouring rain!! We were unsure about a larger gap left at the bottom of door but Premier Garage Doors offered a solution and immediately came out and fitted a rubber strip to the floor. Perfect. More...
