Ollie did an excellent job at reviving our wooden floors, and went the extra mile to colour-match and cover a couple of nails in the middle of the floor.
Jane was great at communicating throughout the process and beyond, and Craig just came by to retouch and tidy-up a couple of edges that had not blended with the rest of the floor surface.
Super-friendly, professional and great service overall. Would recommend and use again!

The team at Premier Contact Services did a fantastic job of sanding and refinishing the upstairs of our Victorian cottage. They had good communication right through from quoting to competition, the price was competitive, work was completed cleanly and efficiently. We are really happy with the end result. Craig did a great job of sanding our very badly varnished and hand sanded/butchered original pime floor back to its beautiful natural colour. We had seriously contemplated attempting the job ourselves but we are really glad we didn't! Well worth the money to have someone who knows what they are doing! We required our Hall & Lounge Oak flooring to be restored to its former glory. Jane provided advice over the phone and advised of a suitable specification and the process and timescale for the work to be carried out. We sent Jane photos of the areas and our approximate quanties, she provided a competitive quotation over the phone and confirmed everything by email. Very easy process. From enquiry to placing our order took 2-3 hours. Premier arrived on the due date bright and early and finished the work to a high standard in the 1 day. They have excellent modern sanding machines that collect all the resulting dust. No mess at all. Craig and Ollie were very experienced, informative, polite and accomodating. We hired Premier Contract Services to sand and finish a large maple floor, from the initial contact, the team was most professional and responded to queries, turned up to appointments on time and gave great advice.
This was the reason we chose Premier to for the contract.
The results lived up to the professionalism of the team, the quality of the work was exceptional, the floor was finished to a very high standard and now looks like new. With virtually no dust, the team finished the work on schedule.

I hired Premier to sand and varnish my 3-bed property. I had engineered Oak Herringbone flooring fitted which had been partially sanded and varnished a few days prior and looked terrible.
Premier assured me they would be able to correct the issues and to be completely honest I was not sure if they could, but they absolutely delivered!!
They are a lovely company with a lovely team who understand the importance of great customer service which I very much appreciate
They are knowledgeable and offered advice on the type of varnish that would deliver the results I was looking for and I’m so please with my floors - they look amazing
